Apple is expected to launch three iPhones at an event in the United States on the 12th of September.

If Apple does stick with the same pricing, it means the iPhone Xs will start at $799 while the iPhone Xs Max will be around $999.

The aforementioned publication claims that the new naming convention has been confirmed by "two sources familiar with Apple's marketing plans" although obviously does not go so far as to confirm who they are. The source that provided these mockups is the same responsible for last year's leaks, and many other rumors about smartphones from other brands, so it is very reliable. You can see in the video, an iPhone X look-alike model with Gold Color.

It's said to have a giant 6.5-inch display, so the "Max" moniker is fitting for what will be Apple's largest smartphone.

But first, let's talk about that 6.5-inch OLED iPhone.

What do you think of the new colors?

"Apple's coming iPhone lineup is likely to maximize the available screen real estate within form factors that will still fit in trousers pockets, which suggests we have reached a limit of screen size as an incremental driver of demand". It has an LCD screen, instead of an OLED panel, and only one camera on the back. Specifically, the leak revealed that Apple's best iPhone models ever will have Apple's worst name ever: iPhone XS.

We now know that the largest phone Apple is going to announce, at 6.5-inches, will be called the iPhone XS Max. Quite why Apple would ditch the Plus name in favor of Max is unclear, however. AirPower has yet to be released, but current rumors indicate we will finally have a release date after Apple's event on September 12.
