The premium end of town in the smartphone market is fast becoming a Samsung device according to retailers and the holy grail is set to be the all new Samsung Note 9 which is tipped to come later this year with a new in display fingerprint reader. But the latest rumors come from anonymous sources speaking to The Korea Herald, which has in the past appeared to act as an outlet for leaks from Samsung. The former also sports a 5.8-inch display and a single main camera, while the latter is equipped with a slightly larger 6.2-inch panel and a dual camera combo.

Thus, Galaxy Note 9 would be an appropriate phone to receive 5G connectivity because it would be the closest smartphone launch to the predicted moment of commercial introduction of the next-gen network.

Lately, a Galaxy J3 (2018) variant with the model number Galaxy J3 Orbit was spotted in a trademark filing by Samsung at the USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office). The screen has Full-HD resolution (1080×1920 pixels), resulting in an aspect ratio of 16:9. The memory is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot. It remains to be seen whether the Galaxy J7 Prime 2 will be officially announced in the near future. For selfies and video calling the front camera of the phone comes with a 13MP sensor. The impressive quality about the camera is the fact that it comes with a variable aperture which lets it shoot between f/2.4 and f/1.5, thus allowing the phone to click very nice low-light shots. The internal storage of the phone is 32 GB and it has 3GB RAM. The phone also falls short in terms of software experience, as it comes pre-loaded with the dated Android 7.1 Nougat while other phones are coming with Android 8.0 Oreo. Also sharing the space is a 3300 mAh battery, that is supposed to offer 20+ hours of talk-time on 3G WCDMA.

Battery & Other Features - Galaxy J7 Prime 2 smartphone is fueled with a 3300mAh battery.
