While they smiled for the camera, she claimed, he thrust his hand down the back of her jeans and penetrated her vagina with his finger. "In one of the pictures, his arm can be seen behind [the alleged victim] and it appears Cuban is reaching down toward her buttocks".

Cuban denied the allegations in an email to the paper, saying, "It didn't happen".

A recent report reveals that one of the stars of ABC's "Shark Tank", Mark Cuban, was the subject of a 2011 sexual assault investigation, which ultimately resulted in no charges being filed.

Cuban, while being investigated by police for the alleged assault, expressed panic at the idea of being accused and uncertainty of how to defend himself.

The woman declined to proceed with the allegation at the time but she still contends he did what she accuses him of doing. Cuban actually chose to speak at length with Portland Police Detective Brendan McGuire, who filed the report, rather than consulting an attorney first. The news broke just two weeks after Sports Illustrated published a report claiming that Cuban's National Basketball Association team had fostered an hostile work environment, rife with misogyny and sexual harassment. He says he was never charged, after he passed a polygraph test and police determined there was insufficient evidence.

The woman told Portland police investigators she saw Cuban at the Barrel Room on Northwest Third Avenue during the wee hours of April 23, 2011.

When police contacted Cuban to discuss the women's allegations seven years ago, Cuban's reaction was considerably less measured.

"Nothing is revealed in the photographs which demonstrates a sexual assault or even inappropriate physical contact", the prosecutor wrote.

Prosecutors in OR opted not to pursue the case in which a woman said Cuban reached in her trousers while they were having their picture taken in a Portland nightclub.

In case you didn't know.

.

The two doctors, both from the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Washington, D.C., reviewed the allegations in the case.

In a report explaining why they weren't pursuing the case, prosecutors wrote that "there is no evidence to corroborate the complainant's statement and there is evidence contradicting the claim".
