Restaurants around the country are doing National Pizza Day deals, and national chains such as Pizza Hut were offering promotions.

Baskin Robbins: Offering free samples of its Sweetheart Polar Pizza Ice Cream Treat from 3 to 7 p.m.at participating locations.

Take your pepperoni pizza up a notch with Donatos' new Spicy Pepperoni pizza.

Two large one-topping pizzas for $22. Others celebrated in their own way: NASA tweeted out a video of astronauts making pizza in space.

Einstein Bros.is giving away a free bagel and shmear every day, February 9-14, with purchase, to members of its Shmear Society.

Enjoy all-you-can-eat pizza for less than $6 at participating locations.
