It's natural! Period. #PadManChallenge. The film is directed by R Balki and produced by Twinkle Khanna under her home banner Mrs Funnybones Productions.

It seems like Twinkle Khanna and her "Pad Man" team is all set to change the Indian mindset that says talking about period or pads is a taboo through their film.

The challenge has already been picked up on social media and has become a rage on the Internet in no time. The Dangal star took up the challenge and went ahead to post a picture with a sanitary pad in his hand.

Aamir Khan had challenged fellow superstars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan to join the game.

In the challenge, one has to click a photo with a sanitary pad and share it on social media and tag other people who you want to take up the challenge next.

In a tweet, Akshay himself posted a picture and nominated Alia, Deepika Padukone and Virat Kohli to take up the challenge.

She captioned it, "Thank you, sir!"

Padman is a film that talks about women's period, menstrual hygiene, awareness and availability of sanitary napkins to all girls and women and more. The film also has Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor in pivotal roles.

The inspiration behind PadMan, Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social entrepreneur who invented the machine for manufacturing low-priced sanitary pads, initiated this #PadmanChallenge on social media.

The actors and directors are leaving no chance to keep buzz around their film alive before and after the release.
