Singer Joy Villa has been a favorite among members of Trump's circle ever since she donned a "Make America Great Again" dress at the Grammys in February.

Singer Joy Villa, who made headlines for the last two years with her staunch support for President Donald Trump, has accused former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski of inappropriately touching her at a holiday party at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. last month.

Joy Villa - who wore a "Make America Great Again" dress to the Grammy Awards past year - claims Corey Lewandowski smacked her "really hard" on the rear as the pair posed for a photo at an invite-only party, according to a report. "It was completely demeaning and shocking".

Villa claimed that when she half-jokingly told Lewandowski to watch it and warned him that she could report him for sexual harassment, he simply replied, "Go ahead, I work in the private sector".

Politico said that Lewandowski did not respond to multiple requests for comment on Friday.

"Here's the photo of @CLewandowski_ seconds before he slapped my ass, I told him to stop, and then he did it again", she wrote. Charges against Lewandowski were dropped, but the incident was caught on tape.

While Lewandowski was sacked by the Trump campaign well over a year ago, his name has recently been floated for a staff position in the West Wing, as other presidential aides are planning their exits. Lewandowski did the same, tweeting that Fields was "totally delusional. As a matter of fact, I have never even met you".

Villa also claimed to be terribly disturbed by the whole confrontation and said that she understood how every woman must feel after being sexually harassed.

As allegations of sexual misconduct continue to slam Hollywood and the political world, Villa has a story of her own.

Lewandowski was Trump's first campaign manager, but he fell out of favor with the president prior to the Republican National Convention and was dismissed as campaign manager in June.
