They say Christopher Rodriguez will likely also be charged.

Police tipped off by a caller from Pakistan have discovered human remains believed to be of a 5-year-old boy in the backyard of a Cleveland home, reports CBS News.

Authorities questioned Larrisa Rodriguez's sister, Ana Rodriguez, who said she once saw Jordan tied up in a corner with a sock in his mouth.

"Our investigators along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Medical Examiner's Office while digging in this backyard recovered what appears to be human remains; the medical examiner will be taking those remains to their office for further examination", said Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia.

The call came from someone who claimed to be the brother of a man who is the stepfather of the 5-year-old. Two weeks later, Rodriguez told them she found Jordan "half dead" in a closet and that she was sending him away to visit an aunt in Texas.

When authorities searched Rodriguez's home and yard Tuesday, they found human remains consistent with those of a child. Christopher Rodriguez is in the Medina County Jail on unrelated charges. She could not provide a contact for the aunt or the father and had no information on the whereabouts of her child.

A medical examiner on Wednesday was working to determine whether the apparent remains of a young child found buried in the backyard of a Cleveland home were those of a missing 5-year-old boy.

Police in OH uncovered the body of a five-year-old disabled boy after receiving a tip from a man in Pakistan. She also said her son was developmentally disabled and was unable to speak, it said.

Police removed four children from the home Monday night, and the children were placed in emergency custody in foster care.

Child welfare workers said they have provided parenting education, mental health services and more. According to documents from children and family services, a neglect complaint was filed four days after the child was born on April 3, 2003.

Children and Family Services had intervened with Larissa's custody of children as early as 1998, according to court records. Jordan was reportedly a special needs child and was speech-impaired.

She said she knew the woman had a lot of kids but said, "She takes care of them".
