Singer was at a Seattle-area party on a yacht owned by tech investor Lester Waters.
The documents provide a graphic account of the alleged incident, claiming that Singer forced himself on Guzman, who "pleaded with [Singer] to stop" throughout the ordeal.
"If you ever want to get into Hollywood, I could help you", Sanchez-Guzman said Singer told him. "These damages include, but are not limited to, emotional distress, mental anguish, physical and mental pain and suffering, a decrease in his ability to enjoy life, past and future medical expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and other general and special damages, all in an amount to be determined at trial". Singer also allegedly threatened Sanchez-Guzman. "Significantly, when Sanchez-Guzman filed for bankruptcy only a few years ago, he failed to disclose this alleged claim when he was supposed to identify all of his assets, but conveniently, now that the bankruptcy court discharged all of his debts, he is able to recall the alleged events". The suit says Singer then locked the door and forced the teen to perform oral sex on him before raping Sanchez-Guzman.
In his statement Thursday, Singer's attorney seized on Herman's involvement in this new lawsuit. Singer then allegedly raped the minor.
In August 2014, another man filed a police report with the NYPD, accusing Singer of sexual assault in March 2013.
The suit goes on to allege Singer then forcibly performed oral sex on Guzman.
The suit comes just three days after Singer was sacked from "Bohemian Rhapsody", the biopic of Freddy Mercury now shooting in London.
The accusation against Singer is one of a number against prominent American men in politics, media and entertainment who have been accused in recent months of sexual harassment and misconduct. Actor Rami Malek who stars as Freddie Mercury in the film, complained to the studio about Singer's unprofessionalism on behalf of the cast.
